1. Shipping Process
* Customers must use the correct shipping address and assigned details when placing orders.
* Vian Courier Services is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or missing information.
* Shipping time begins after packages arrive at our Florida warehouse.
2. Delivery Time
* Estimated delivery time is 1-10 business days, depending on shipment schedule and external factors.
* Delays may occur due to customs, weather, airline schedules, or high shipment volumes.
* We are not liable for delays outside of our control.
3. Fees & Payments
* All shipping fees must be paid in full before collection or delivery, unless otherwise stated.
* Knutsford Express shipments may be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).
* Zipmail shipments require payment upfront.
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Package Handling & Liability
* We handle all packages with care; however, we are not responsible for damage caused by suppliers, airlines, or customs inspections.
* Customers are advised to request proper packaging from suppliers for fragile items.
* Claims must be reported immediately upon receipt of package.
5. Prohibited Items
We do not ship:
* Illegal or restricted items
* Weapons or hazardous materials
* Flammable or explosive items
* Perishable goods
* Any items prohibited by Jamaican or U.S. law
If prohibited items are shipped, they may be confiscated or disposed of without compensation.
6. Storage Policy
* Customers must collect packages within the specified time.
* Storage fees may apply after the allowed period.
* Unclaimed packages may be disposed of or returned after extended delays.
7. Customer Responsibility
* Customers are responsible for ensuring:
* Correct item orders
* Accurate shipping details
* Compliance with import regulations
* Vian Courier Services is not responsible for:
* Incorrect purchases
* Supplier errors
* Order cancellations or refunds from retailers
8. Delivery Policy
* Delivery fees vary based on location and method.
* Same-day and next-day delivery are subject to availability.
* Customers must be available to receive deliveries or arrange collection.

10. Right to Refuse Service
